Who is considered a Vendor?

A Vendor is a representative of the organization that is responsible for the sale and delivery of the funded vehicle to the Vehicle Purchaser so it can be placed into service. A Vendor could be a vehicle or equipment dealer or a representative from a truck equipment manufacturer, a conversion company, a fleet services company, or an OEM factory. In all cases, a Vendor must be “Approved” to sell and service the vehicles and equipment that are listed on the Vehicle Eligibility List.
