How to become an “Approved Vendor”

Below are the required steps to become an “Approved Vendor” for NYT-VIP. Once a Vendor is approved, the Vendor is permitted to sell vehicles and technologies through NYT-VIP.

Vendor Approval Process:

  1. Download the appropriate Vendor Application Packet forms for the Program fund of interest (choose from the appropriate box above). The Vendor Application Packet includes; 1) Vendor Request Form, 2) Vendor Agreement, 3) W-9 Form, and 4) EFT Bank Form
  2. Submit complete Vendor Application Packet to the Voucher Processing Center (VPC).
  3. Contact the VPC for questions and application support. Call Toll Free – (855) MY-NYT-VIP or (855) 696-9884.
