How to apply for a Voucher
Once a Vendor is approved to sell an "Eligible Vehicle" or “Eligible Technology” through NYT-VIP, a Vendor can work with a Vehicle or Technology
Purchaser to select an Eligible Vehicle and submit a voucher request. Below outlines the steps on how to apply for a voucher.

Voucher Request Process:
- Download the appropriate Voucher Request Form (Excel Spreadsheet) for the Program fund of interest (choose from the appropriate box above).

Complete the Voucher Request Form with the Vehicle Purchaser and submit
to the Voucher Processing Center (VPC).
- Once pre-approved by the VPC, submit the signed Voucher Request Form, Vehicle Purchaser Terms and Conditions, Vendor
Terms and Conditions and required vehicle and sales information to the VPC. Please download the appropriate forms provided in the boxes above.
