NYT-VIP is open to all dealers and retailers that sell all-electric and hybrid and compressed natural gas (CNG) medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks or buses and, verified diesel emission control (VDECs) technologies to fleets in New York. The dealer training process is described below.

Becoming a NYT-VIP “Approved Vendor”
Dealers, OEMs, and retailers who wish to sell electric and alternative fuel vehicles and VDECs through NYT-VIP are required to participate in a NYT-VIP training course to be approved for program participation. Click here to learn how to apply and submit the appropriate documentation to become an “Approved Vendor.”
Once “Approved” as a Vendor for NYT-VIP, Vendors will be brought through the steps on how to submit and process vouchers. A presentation will be provided by the NYT-VIP Administrator to carefully guide the Vendor through each step and address the Vendor’s questions.
